New Piop Edition: "The stone ship"

2009-11-01:  Now available a new title, The stone ship by Aliki Balaska and Dimitris Foussekis, has enriched the «Paramythia» series of children’s stories. The story unfolds in a village on the island of Tinos, where daily life is dominated by the quarrying and processing of marble. Through the eyes of a small child, the reader discovers the everyday and artistic items made of marble, the tools and the method of quarrying and working with this material.
