Piop's New Publication is now available

03March.2009: Graham Black’s book The Engaging Museum: Developing Museums for Visitor Involvement; translated by Sonia Kotidou) is now available. On the basis of his teaching and museology experience, the author expounds on the evolution of museums from «strong-rooms» for valuable objects to modern and socially aware organizations. The book offers a practical approach on how to deal with a variety of museum themes by providing examples and interpretative means and stresses the interactive relation between museums and their visitors.
