The Silk Museum at Soufli, Thrace will remain closed to the public until the end of 2008, due to the forthcoming refurbishment of the Kourtidis Mansion and the redisplay of the permanent collection.

The project has been included in the Regional Operational Programme for the East Macedonia-Thrace 2000-2006 and is funded by the Third Community Support Framework.
