2011-12-16: The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP) is organising the second of a series of seminars titled "An Introduction to Artistic Photography", to be held throughout PIOP's Museum Network, under the guidance of well-known photographer, teacher and theoretician of photography, Platon Rivellis.

The seminar, which is independent and has a duration of twenty [20] hours, will take place in the multipurpose hall of the Open-Air Water Power Museum in Dimitsana over the three-day period running from December 17-19, 2011 and comprises discussions, critical analyses and projections.

In parallel to the seminar, an Exhibition of Photographs by Platon Rivellis is also being held, which will be inaugurated on Friday, December 16, 2011, at 7:30pm. The exhibition runs from: December 16, 2011 - February 5, 2012.
