Cultural Landscapes – linking culture to environment

The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP) promotes a new action which relates to Cultural Landscapes, i.e. landscapes with significant cultural and natural heritage.

This action is initiated with the International Meeting * “Cultural Landscapes in Natura 2000 sites: towards a new policy for the integrated management of cultural and natural heritage” to take place in Athens and Stymfalia on 10 and 11 October 2014.

The Working Programme includes keynote speeches and panel discussions aiming at the recognition on the challenges and perspectives of the cultural landscapes as well as in the recording of the policy guidelines for their integrated management.

The working paper, copies of the speeches and interventions and the statement of recommendations will be available following to the conclusions of the works of the International Meeting.
