This volume presents the papers of the Fifth Three-day Working Meeting on the viticultural history of Macedonia and Thrace, organised by the Fani Boutari Foundation and the ETBA Cultural Foundation in Naoussa, in September 1993. Forty-five specialists announced the results of their studies and provided evidence for the many aspects of this research.
